The “Active City” Recreation Center shall comprise of 6 main sports and entertainment sites:
1. Ice rink
2. Water sport center, including: main pool 50õ25m, children's pool, administrative premises covering 120 sq.m, a 1,500-seat auditorium and 75-seat conference room
3. Water park, including entertainment slopes and pools, saunas and Russian saunas, fitness center, shopping area, administrative, service and maintenance premises.
4. Multifunctional sports and health complex, including sports hall for training and competition in mini-football, handball, volleyball, basketball, a 1,500-seat auditorium and fitness halls.
5. Tennis center, including six indoor tennis courts and an administrative building.
6. International 3-star hotel with 250 rooms.

Unique features of the project
|
The ice rink has commenced operation and the design work of the water sports center is nearing completion. The construction site covers 4 ha and it is located in the Dzerzhinski District of the city of Volgograd - one of the most prestigious, largest, and fastest developing districts of the city. The territory is characterized by excellent transport accessibility and availability of a well-developed infrastructure.
