Construction of a modern industry and warehouse complex equipped with unique warehouse management system (WMS) and modern equipment allowing to real-time monitoring of cargo transportation from the office. Warehouse areas of the complex will be equipped with separate production premises with total area from 20 up to 1000 sq. m. The premises are intended for small assembly production, freight processing and packaging of complex orders. The complex will not only meet modern requirements to freight storage and warehousing, but will also provide prompt cargo loading, consolidating and shipment. Within the area of the complex, it is planned to establish a “car village” for comfortable rest and maintenance operations of car drivers.
