Project description

The project envisions the creation of joint ventures and separate projects on vacant spaces of the Avtopribor Plant to increase product output per 1 square meter and increase the workload for highly-skilled staff
as part of a 70,000 m2 industrial park to be created on the plant's production premises.
The existing production infrastructure facilitates utilisation of the following technologies:
- assembly of electronic products;
- casting of precious metals;
- casting of plastics;
- press production;
- galvanizing;
- thermal treatment.

Unique features of the project

- located at the center of the nation's "Golden Ring" historic core;
- paved roads in the city and on the plant premises;
- a railroad branch line connecting with the Gorkovskaya Railroad;
- a ramp for unloading rail cars.
