Brief positioning of project
|
Joint project of the Government of Ivanovo Region and the Government of Moscow. Principal Contractors: GU Moscow Aviation Services (Moscow), OAO Golden Ring (Ivanovo). The project provides restoration and preparation for operation of airfield complex objects of Ivanovo Southern international airport which is the property of OAO Golden Ring Aviation Enterprise. The airport development concept has been developed according to the Agreement between the Government of Ivanovo Region and the Government of Moscow. In pursuance thereof, it is planned to resume operation of Ivanovo Southern international airport, to restore and expand the airfield complex, and to develop infrastructure within the territory adjoining to the airport. The airport infrastructure will include objects of industrial, business, social and entertainment infrastructure.

Commercial objects of airport infrastructure: 8,

Filling complexes (filling station, mini-market, car wash, café) 10 [ 450 cars;
Shopping & Entertainment Center: 11,000 sq. m;
hotel for 200 berths (100 rooms): 11,000 sq.m;
motel for 50 rooms and 50 lots: 5,000 sq. m;
warehouse customs terminal and temporary storage warehouse: 8 15,500 sq. m;
The gross area of the air terminal is 12,500 sq. m.
The gross area of the business air terminal is 3,500 sq. m.
The gross area of service buildings and structures of the airport is 20,000 sq. m, including office premises 7,000 sq. m.
The gross area of the business air terminal office center is 5,000 sq. m.
Total area of artificial covers, including runways and bearing track is 300 thousand sq. m.
