PARK VAZUZA and PARK YAUZA is Russia's first eco-resort – a complex of recreational facilities for accommodation and leisure. The project follows international trends in territorial development: mixed-use and green development.
The project targets the middle and high-income audience residing in the northwest, west, and southwest of Moscow and the Moscow Region.
The project is at the front-end engineering stage.

Unique features of the project

The land allotment for the project is located two hours' drive from Moscow, on the territory of the Gagarinskiy Natural Park, on the banks of Vazuza and Yauza water reservoirs.
