The media holding building is a modern multi-use complex with its facade facing the road and waterway. Its highlight is an elliptical 40-storey tower. The first three levels are house shopping areas and service facilities (boutiques, restaurants, spa centers). The high-rise section contains houses offices, conference halls, hotel rooms, and a restaurant. The building is topped off with a rooftop open-air pool, a viewing platform, and a helipad. The building has a three-level underground parking lot. The panoramic elevator offers a splendid view of the grand Siberian river Yenisei.
