The Golden Ring project is a unique project of complex site development of Chelyabinsk that forms a new civic center of the city. The project has been developed according to the Master Plan, the basic urban planning document regulating directions of construction activity in the whole city and designed for a long-term outlook. The project is implemented according to the concept of social and economic development of Chelyabinsk, and its realization provides solution of complex urban problems, in particular, the issues of social employment of residents, ecological condition of the environment, revival of cultural heritage of the historical city center. The following will be created within the scope of the Golden Ring project: — A unified social and business area which will combine business, housing, recreation and leisure in our city; — A modern transport infrastructure providing construction of additional ground roads, parking places, motor and pedestrian bridges; — Landscaping of Miass river embankment (gabion bank stabilization). The project development is carried out stage by stage in view of existing needs of the market for commercial and auxiliary social areas of various functional designations.

Office Park exclusive business quarter: 2005: Slavyansky building put into operation 2006: Petrovsky building put into operation Award winner of the Federal prize for business real estate “Commercial Real Estate AWARDS 2007” in nomination “Regions of Russia. Class A Business Center.” Pavlovsky building will be put into operation in 2008: currently, finishing works are in progress. 2008 (4th quarter): Persey Civic and Business Center. 2009: Garden Island Civic and Business Center. 2010: Sun City multimodal complex. Other objects are in the stage of coordination, project realization term in general ends in 2015.
