It is an experimental investment project of comprehensive urban development in Russia. This unique project of large-scale low-rise urban development works toward the goals of all existing national projects.
Project objectives:
to implement private-public partnership mechanisms in the housing sector;
to form a local housing market that would meet the housing needs of residents in different income groups (national project "Affordable and Comfortable Housing");
to create an effective educational, medical, sports and fitness infrastructure;
to create a dynamic and stable community.
Unique features of the project
Lesnaya Polyana is 15 minutes' drive from the center of Kemerovo with convenient transport connections.
Some 1,142,000  sq.m. of housing is under construction. By 2015, the total population will have reached about 25,000. More than 1,800 young families will become owners of comfortable housing.

According to the master plan, about 1,142 million sq. m of housing will be built in the satellite city. The total number of population in 20003 was about 25,000 persons. Comprehensive development of municipal infrastructure systems will also allow to commission various social amenities, including: primary schools: 2 secondary schools: 1 kindergartens: 4 childrens creativity center: 1 outpatient hospitals: 1 sports center: 1 fitness center: 1 cinema: 1 senior centers: 1 cafés, shops, entertainment centers (total area: 30,000 sq. m). More than 1800 young families will obtain comfortable housing.
