Initiated by the Tver Regional Administration with the participation of the Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography of the Russian Federation, the project is aimed at preserving the local historical and cultural heritage, improving the tourist infrastructure, and raising the region's investor appeal. The project has the backing of the Tver Region Administration, which provides administrative, financial, informational support, PR and media coverage. Project implementation timeframe: until 2012. Project designer: Fabre/Speller (France).

The initiator of the project is the Administration of Tver Region with participation of the Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography of the Russian Federation. The project objective is ensuring safety of historical and cultural heritage, improvement of tourist infrastructure and enhancement of investment attractiveness of the region. The estimate value of the project is 2,000 million rubles In that amount, 40% are borrowed funds (from the federal budget), 40% own funds, and approximately 20% are required foreign investors funds. The project has support of the Administration of Tver Region: administrative, financial, information, PR, and mass media coverage. Project implementation term is 2012. The Project was developed by Fabre/Speller (France). The demonstration forms of the project are breadboard model, tablet, there are photo and a video materials.
