- It is required to increase the capacity of the transportation communications of the southern direction and also develop the railroad communications Oryol – Kursk – Rostov-on-Don, Oryol – Kursk – Belgorod – further to the border of the Russian Federation with the Ukraine; additional volumes of energy resources.
