The Minutka Square residential district is located to the south of central Grozny and includes five residential communities. The project envisions cultural, public, administrative, educational, tourist, and shopping facilities in each of the five communities. Multilevel multifamily buildings will be built in all residential communities (block and infill construction). A flexible system of block sections with a different number of levels and different apartment types will make it possible to form picturesque residential blocks. Shopping, public catering, and service facilities will be located on the first levels of multilevel buildings.
