Project description

The Altai Valley tourist & recreational zone is on the right bank of the Katun River in a picturesque locality of the Altai Mountains. Untouched nature makes it an ideal location for a sports, recreation and health resort. The project concept reflects the cultural and ethnic specific of the region. The key elements will be an artificial lake, hotels, a sports complex and conference center.
Altai Valley will be able to accommodate up to 3,500 guests at the same time, or more than 90,000 guests per year.
The government will provide the investor with the requisite modern utility and transport infrastructure and other facilities in addition to a number of tax breaks and favorable administrative conditions.

Unique features of the project

- a favorable transport situation (near the airport of Gorno-Altaisk and the Chuisky Tract federal highway);
- rich natural potential preserved in its untouched state.
