The Novaland residential district is a project of comprehensive development on a territory of 105 hectares, featuring various building types (upscale cottages, townhouses, economy-class apartments in multifamily building blocks) and functional zoning. The project envisions a shopping & entertainment center (20,000 m2), a fitness center with an open-air pool, a hotel accommodating 50 guests, restaurants, a car service, a school for 720 students, 4 kindergartens, a botanical garden with ponds, and the like. Some 6,700 residents will inhabit the verdant streets of Novaland. Novaland offers a possibility to enjoy all comforts without venturing out into the bigger city.
