The world-class Plyos golf and country club (18 holes) will be located 5 kilometers from the ancient town of Plyos on the bank of the Volga River, occupying an area of 125 hectares. Its infrastructure will include cottages and a complex of hotels, tennis courts, pools, baths, beauty parlors, a shopping center with a parking lot, workout grounds, beaches, a helipad, golf course, golf school, fitness club, playgrounds, and a yacht dock.
The target audience are above-average income earners, international tourists, and business people.
Plyos Golf Club is the only facility of its kind in the entire Central Federal District of Russia.
Unique features of the project
