|
The project provides creation of an urban settlement — the satellite city of Chelyabinsk intended for dwelling of 116 thousand persons. In the scope of the project, it is planned to erect 3.2 million sq. m of housing and nearby 2 million sq. m of non-residential property providing independent operation, social and economic development of the future settlement (commercial real property, social and infrastructural objects). The project has express social orientation: over 80% of erected housing belongs to the category of economy class and its ultimate goal is to improve housing conditions of a wide population range of Chelyabinsk Region. Comprehensive approach in residential construction within the project allows creating more perspective town-planning solutions, to exclude the problem of overloading utility networks and roads, and, finally, to create more comfortable conditions of living. The presence of private public partnership provides formation of most democratic housing prices meeting citizens’ demand, including those with low incomes. Research has confirmed that the site planned for development is in one of the most favorable ecological areas in immediate proximity from Chelyabinsk. All these aspects distinguish the project favorably from potential competitors.
