The project will see the construction of 3.2 million sq.m of housing space and some 2 million m2 of nonresidential facilities to enable independent functioning and socioeconomic development of the future community (commercial real estate, public and infrastructure facilities). Over 80% of local housing space is in the economy-class category. Completed studies confirm that the site allocated for development is in one of the most ecologically favorable locations in the immediate vicinity of Chelyabinsk. All aspects of the project make it stand out from among other potential rival projects.
Unique features of the project
The project site is located 5 km from the border of Chelyabinsk, on both sides of the Chelyabinsk – Kharlushi – Ufa motorway, and 30 km from the Balandino airport. The Bolshoi Kremenkul lake is on the territory of the project site.

Research has confirmed that the site planned for development is in one of the most favorable ecological areas in immediate proximity from Chelyabinsk.
