Located on a land plot of 800 hectares, it will offer more than 3,000,000m2 of housing for an estimated 100,000 – 120,000 residents. It is a mere 15 minutes' drive to the city center.
The principal highlight of the city is its comprehensive development concept. Apart from residential buildings, the project envisions social infrastructure facilities, shopping and entertainment centers, a business center, a 4-star hotel, as well as other facilities of municipal and supra-regional significance.
Unique features of the project
