The project developed by IBC, M Neighborhood, in the northern part of Miass, is designed as a city in the city. It provides everything that may be needed for a full-flavored human living. Quality of modern life depends directly on the availability of civilization amenities we are accustomed to. In fact, people nowadays have very high requirements.
