Being the first high-quality shopping center in Tobolsk, it is focused on the buyer with a medium income level who has increased requirements to product range, quality of offered goods and service. The development area (5 ha) is situated at the entrance to the city in a modern residential district under construction (15th neighborhood unit) . The area of shopping center is 25 000 sq. m, the building of the shopping center has one level, and there is a spacious parking for 900 cars before the shopping center. The project management is performed by a professional developer company, whose implemented project portfolio includes the largest shopping and recreation centers in Tyumen (such as Goodwin shopping and recreation center, 42,000 sq. m, and Premier shopping and recreation center, 35,000 sq. m), as well as residential communities and car dealerships. Operation of the business center will be entrusted to a professional management company.
