The project of Industrial Park has comprehensive character within the city of Pereslavl-Zalessky and Pereslavl District and consists of: Sub-project 1: Formation of innovation technologies investment center. Sub-project 2: Construction of logistic center. Sub-project 3: Construction of low-rise residential settlement with social infrastructure for employees of the Industrial Park and inhabitants. Sub-project 4: Construction of cultural, sports, shopping and business objects for inhabitants and tourists of Pereslavl-Zalessky. Specialization of the Industrial Park is determined by presence of arrangements with a number of scientific research institutes and design offices and is focused at highly technological and ecologically safe chemical productions of medium tonnage, new construction methods with application of modern materials, production and development of packing products, production of catalysts and pigments, development of polymers on the basis of nanotechnologies, etc. One of the principles of the Industrial Park development project is formation of appropriate leisure to employees of the Industrial Park, inhabitants of Pereslavl-Zalessky and creation of a tourist and sports center on the basis of historical, cultural and environmental potential of the city.
