Project objective: Creation of organizational infrastructure in sphere of high technologies, with the purpose of supporting small businesses and formation of an environment for production development and realization in the market of innovative products Elements of the industrial park are business incubators, laboratory and industrial buildings, special areas for formation of new and growth of startup companies with an extended set of infrastructural services and preferences. Project objectives: — increase in volumes of hi-tech products; — increased competitiveness of products of erritorial and branch clusters of Samara Region; — creation of a material and technical base for functioning and development of innovative promotional organizations and innovative infrastructure entities.

Regional purpose-oriented program “Development of Industrial Park of Samara Region for 2007 to 2015” was adopted by Samara Region Duma on September 25, 2007. Work is in progress on preparation of documents for inclusion of Industrial Park of Samara Region into the state program “Creation of industrial parks in high-tech sphere in the Russian Federation”.
