An earthquake is heralded by substantial deformation in the Earth's surface, accompanied by low-frequency noise in rocks.  The Earth's gravitational and magnetic fields will be monitored to forecast future earthquakes.

To this end, company Geofizika has designed highly sensitive low-frequency geophone-hydrophone sensors for determining the parameters of the Earth's gravitational and wave fields.

The project envisions:
1. Creation of a Russian national and international earthquake early-warning system.
2. Launch of the production of geophone-hydrophone sensors in an annual volume of up to 20,000 units.
3. Implementation of new geophysical technologies in the Russian and international oil and gas industry.

Unique features of the project

Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued an order (No. 3547s dated May 27, 2004) to create a Spatial and Temporal Real-Time System within the Russian Federation.
