The target audience of this multipurpose regional-scale shopping & entertainment center is an active population of middle-income earners. The concept has been developed in partnership with leading Russian and European firms. Aquamall will feature grocery hypermarket REAL, DIY hypermarket Castorama, Cinema Park movie center, as well as other leading brands. The entertainment component will include the movie center, a bowling alley, food court, children's gaming complex, and fitness center. Commissioning of the first stage has been scheduled for Q4 2009.
Unique features of the project
An advantageous location in the city's geographical center, near a highway with high transit traffic (30,000 cars per day). In its immediate vicinity are the densely populated residential community Peski, Ulyanovsk State University and its campus.

A multipurpose shopping and entertainment center or regional importance designed for the active part of the city population with average income inclined to goal-oriented visits of the facility. The facility concept was developed with participation of leading Russian and foreign companies. Aquamall Shopping & Entertainment Center is distinguished by a favorable location in the geographic center of the city at a highway with large transit traffic (about 30,000 cars per hour). The primary zone contains high-density residential development of Peski neighborhood, Ulyanovsk State University and university campus. The favorable location, an optimum tenant pool, and a modern concept may render the facility competitive in the longer .term Aquamall Shopping & Entertainment Center will present: REAL food hypermarket, DIY Castorama hypermarket, Cinema Park movie theater, as well as famous international and federal brands. The entertainment component will include: a cinema center, a bowling center, a food court, a children’s playground and a fitness center. Commissioning of the first stage is scheduled for 4th quarter of 2009. The Company is interested to find a strategic investor for the project and is ready to consider the investor’s participation in the share capital. The planned volume of investments into the project is 3.5 billion rubles.
