The year-round sports and entertaining facility situated in the very center of the city, with a picturesque Volga view, is aimed at target audience with medium income. The location of the facility will allow not only to expand the potential target audience, but also to provide more consistent and uniform loading of business objects, since visitors can arrive at the facility earlier and leave it later.
