«Henkel Bautechnik» is one of the few companies which offer materials for solution of almost any task arising in different branches of construction (construction mortars and wallpaper glue, materials for fast and minor repair, construction glues and construction foam, etc.) as well as household materials and cosmetics. At present time, the range of Ceresit products consists of more than 140 articles. Whole systems of materials are developed and produced, which enable fulfillment of complex works in different areas of construction, in particular, in repair and finishing of premises, warmth-keeping of facades, water isolation and sanitation of basement areas, water isolation of pools and reservoirs, repair of reinforced-concrete structures and buildings. Estimated production capacity is 200 thousand tons of dry construction mortars p.a. Investment volume - 240 million Roubles. Number of newly created workplaces – 200. Construction period 2007-2008. Budgetary efficiency – 60 million Roubles p.a.
