Krasnoyarsk-City embodies the idea of a fundamentally new administrative and business infrastructure. This project will see the creation of Eastern Russia's first business activity zone, uniting business, accommodation, and recreation facilities.
The location of the Krasnoyarsk-City business and administrative center in the Soviet district of Krasnoyarsk will ensure convenient and quick access to the complex.
Occupying an area of 116 hectares, the complex will include the following types of buildings:

- a hotel complex accommodating 5,000 guests;
